Customized Services： I ordered from this company before. The poles were in inferior quality. One broke and two got bent in bad shape. They suggested to get finber glass which is supposed to be stronger. So I ordered 3 fiberglass to replace the existing ones. The shipment came with only one pole. And my flag didn't fit on it or couldn't get secured on the pole's  configuration. I contacted them and informed them of the discrepancy. They sent me 3 of the exact poles which don't fit my flag. These people don't understand English after I repeatedly told them what the problem was. And they kept giving me all run around. They absolutely have the poorest customer service and a waste of time and money. The tracking number was incorrect and it showed that it was shipped to Florida while I am in Georgia. They didn't even realize that it was the wrong tracking number until I asked about it. Horrible! 

Material： The metal poles get bent easily. In high wind area, I would suggest looking for different material. After 3 months, the poles are leaning more than 25 to 45 degree from straight up. One of them actually broke off in less than 60 days.
